My coaching approach is designed to help clients discover their potential, uncover limiting beliefs, and develop new habits that support their growth and progress. They are:
- Client-Centered: My coaching approach is focused on the client’s needs, goals, and desires. I work with each client to create a personalised coaching plan that is tailored to their unique situation. By putting the client’s needs first, I help them achieve their goals in a way that works for them.
- Transformational: My coaching approach is transformational, which means it is designed to create lasting change in the client’s life. Rather than just addressing surface-level issues, i help clients identify and address the root causes of their challenges. This leads to deep, meaningful change that can transform the client’s life in profound ways.
- Holistic: My coaching approach is holistic, which means I take a whole-person approach to coaching. I address all aspects of the client’s life, including their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. By taking a holistic approach, I help clients achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
- Action-Oriented: My coaching approach is action-oriented, which means I focus on helping clients take practical steps towards their goals. I help clients develop actionable plans and strategies that they can implement in their daily lives. By focusing on action, I help clients move forward towards their goals in a tangible way.
- Supportive: My coaching approach is supportive, which means I provide ongoing encouragement and feedback to help clients stay motivated and focused. I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can share their concerns and challenges, and work through any obstacles that may arise.
