One to one session
It is an individual coaching, and a personalised approach to coaching that focuses on the unique needs and goals of each individual client.
In this type of coaching, I work closely with client on a one-on-one basis to help them identify their strengths and limitations, set achievable goals, and develop a plan to achieve those goals.
One-to-one coaching sessions are typically conducted over the phone, via video conferencing, or in person. The sessions are highly personalised, with my tailoring approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. During the coaching sessions, I provide guidance, support, and feedback to help the client achieve their best self. This type of coaching service provides a safe and confidential environment for clients to discuss their concerns and challenges. I provide a non-judgmental space for the client to share their thoughts and feelings and helps them work through any limiting beliefs or fears that may be holding them back. This creates a trusting relationship between me and my clients, which is essential for successful coaching.
